The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas seamlessly merge into a spacious, original, and practical space.

In the living room, sink into a 2-seater sofa and two individual armchairs surrounding a pellet stove, while a balcony provides views of the street, countryside, and the Sierra de Frigiliana.

The unique kitchen-dining area features a generous table with four chairs, a spacious fridge with a freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and all the essential utensils. Both spaces connect to the charming private patio.

Antana comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom exudes elegance with its original decor, abundant natural light, street and countryside views, a double bed (150 x 200), nightstands, and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom, with an integrated bathroom, offers two single beds (90 x 190), nightstands, and a built-in wardrobe.

An adjoining laundry and storage space complements the functionality of this village gem.

Please note that parties are not permited. Furthermore, to ensure a peaceful coexistence with neighbors, unnecessary noise is not permitted after 23:00 hours. Also, this is a non smokers accommodation.

There is the municipal swimming pool just 15 minutes walking from the property. Prices include responsible consumption of electricity. The amount of Kw per week is 150KW (21Kw per day in the case of minimum stays). The charge for excess of these kW will be charged at €0.30 KW.

Upon arrival you will find a note with the current reading, and on the day of departure (or the day before) the consumption is checked since arrival, calculating consumption.
